Latvian mezzo-soprano, Baiba Mīlberga, born in 1992, Ventspils. Her path of musical studies started at early age of 7 with violin lessons. Being finished with studying violin in year of 2008 she decided to continue with singing classes by enrolling in classical singing department of Ventspils musical high school. Here for four years she has been thought by latvian opera singers Karmena Radovska and Aivars Krancmanis.
During her studies she improved her technique in masterclasses with professors such as Joy Mammen, Pille Lill, Elisabeth Bengtson-Opitz, Ruth Frank, H.Helge Dorsch, and Andriana Yordanova. In a year of 2014 she started her studies at Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Here she’s been studying with such a professors like Pierre Mak, Valerie Guillorit and having masterclasses with Margaret Honig, Ira Siff and Jeff Cohen.
Currently she is studying in Conservatorium van Amsterdam with professor Don Marrazzo.
