Biografie

The Dame Allan’s Schools were founded by Dame Eleanor Allan in 1705, in the reign of Queen Anne and are two of the oldest schools in Newcastle upon Tyne. It has a long history of choral music. The schools’ Senior Choir consists of pupils aged between 13 and 18. The choir performs at many of the school events including Speech Day, Carol Service and Founder’s Day.
